    How to Practice Kamajayi Mudra

    2. Relax your shoulders and take a few deep breaths to centre yourself.
    3. Using your right hand, press down on the root of your right thumbnail with the tip of your right index finger. Allow the other fingers to remain relaxed and slightly curled.
    4. Make a similar gesture on your left hand.
    5. Hold the mudra for 10 minutes at a time, several times a day.
    6. After 10 minutes, release the mudra and take a few deep breaths before resuming your activities.
