I am 52 yrs old, fat and moderately over weight. I suffer from cervical spondylitis for a long time. I am working as a Professor in a college. May I request your advice on which Mudras I should practice to reduce body weight, to relieve pain at shoulders and lower back. I have read that Vayu mudra and Agni mudra will be helpful.
Yeah, both Vayu and Agni mudra are helpful in overweight condition, however, to relieve pain in shoulders and lower back, you should also practice back mudra regularly.
Daily how much time to do each mudra everyday and how long
For each mudra you should devote at least 15 minutes each in the morning as well in evening session. In this way, 30 minutes daily is good mudras routine.
