Seated Forward Bend is a seated pose that stretches the entire spine,  including the upper back. Sit with your legs extended, hinge at the  hips, and reach for your toes. This forward fold helps release tension  in the upper back, hamstrings, and shoulders, promoting flexibility and  relaxation.

This yoga pose relieves upper back pain by targeting the shoulders and  upper spine. Start in a tabletop position, then slide one arm under the  other, reaching towards the opposite side while resting the shoulder and  ear on the mat. This gentle twist releases tension, stretching the  muscles between the shoulder blades.
