8 Yoga Poses for Relaxation and Rest

Corpse Pose is the ultimate relaxation posture, where practitioners lie  on their backs, limbs gently spread, and focus on conscious breathing.  This pose promotes physical and mental relaxation, making it an ideal  conclusion to any yoga session.
