Bikram yoga, also known as hot yoga, involves a series of 26 postures  practiced in a heated room. The heat is believed to enhance flexibility  and detoxification. This structured sequence aims to work every part of  the body and is practiced in a room heated to around 105°F (40.6°C)

Iyengar yoga is characterized by its emphasis on precision and alignment  in each posture. Props like blocks and straps are often used to help  practitioners achieve correct alignment.
